A WINTER QI~FULL EXCURSION INTO NATURE AND ART! Starting at the Reformed Church of Saugerties Parish Hall. Easy-to-follow Qigong exercises followed by a presentation of Tai Chi & the rarely seen Qigong Dragon Form. Guest musician & poet Mikhail Horowitz.
