Woodstock resident PETER BLUM has been thrilling audiences for the past 40 years with his Sounds For Healing meditative concerts. The audience will be treated to sounds from around the world, featuring a stunning array of over 35 Himalayan singing bowls, large gongs, tamboura (India), ’ngoni (W. Africa), flute (N. America), and other exotic instruments. A typical presentation will also include some spoken explanation of the origins of instruments and some history of the use of sound and music for healing and meditation.
