Immerse yourself in our serene wellness studio and be guided in a yoga practice to help prepare your body for birth and heal your body after birth.
At the beginning of class, you’ll have the opportunity to share how your body and heart are feeling, as well as where you are in the birthing journey.
The class will focus on the pelvic floor, spine, breath, and emotional wellbeing. You will be guided through yoga postures, breath practices, mantras, and meditations to help maintain equilibrium and strength.
