RoCA celebrates the present vision of the teaching artists at RoCA. The exceptional faculty here actively creates, teaches and exhibits throughout the Hudson Valley and the U.S. We are proud to list just a few of their accomplishments: Paula Maddawick, drawing instructor, apprenticed to Jasper johns and Robert Rauschenberg. Her drawings have exhibited at Castelli Gallery, Silvermine and the Edward Hopper House. Howard Nathenson’s paintings have been shown at The Whitney Museum while Mari Ogihara’s ceramics has exhibited at the Aldrich Museum and the Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park in Japan. Painting instructor John Rosis is a Pollock Krasner grantrecipient.
