Paola will be cooking a dinner with recipes from her mom's cooking book... and she will demonstrate a few dishes on site. Paola's mom grew up during the Great War with no access to fancy cooking. After getting married she decided a change in the kitchen was necessary and she enrolled in cooking school... and became an amazing chef.
Paola is treasuring her training and she will offer a dinner using recipes from original cooking book.
