Danielle Mailer's exhibition of new paintings sees the artist pivot from her large-scale public mural works to the intimacy of the canvas. This shift in scale brings fresh nuance to her signature visual language: figures in motion, dancing silhouettes, cascading musical motifs, and the recurring presence of crows and cats. These elements, long central to her work, continue to be shaped by the rich cultural influence of her mother’s Peruvian heritage.
