Your Feelings Your Power is an invitation to reconnect with the full spectrum of your emotional life—Anger, Sadness, Fear, and Joy—as sources of wisdom, energy, and transformation.
Participants can expect a combination of individual reflection, partner and small-group exercises, guided feeling-based practices, and group sharing. This is a space centered around feelings, so emotions, vulnerability, curiosity, and authentic expression will all be welcome.
Throughout the workshop, we will explore how to recognize, access, and stay present with our feelings, as well as some of the common ways we disconnect from them. A
