The Journals of Adam and Eve – The World’s First Love Story was written by Ed. Weinberger, a celebrated award winning comedy writer for many of the great sitcoms in the 70’s through 90’s like The Mary Tyler Show and Taxi. His fresh take on the first couple on Earth is influenced by the anonymous writers of Genesis, the poet John Milton in Paradise Lost, and, of course, Mark Twain’s The Diary of Adam and Eve. It’s a contemporary look at how Adam and Eve get along as they deal with everyday life as the first couple on Earth.
