Jennifer Gilligan, Aud, CCC-A, FAAA from SUNY New Paltz Speech and Hearing Department leads the discussion. Dr. Gilligan's interests are focused on the audiological rehabilitation and counseling of adults, utilizing the fundamental principles of Health Literacy and Patient-Centered Care. Dr. Gilligan has published numerous articles on the subject of Health Literacy and Patient Centered Care in Audiology, and she has been invited to present seminars and poster sessions on her research at ASHA and AAA conventions.
