The Healing Hours is a three-way collaboration between the YWCA Ulster County, The Wellness Empowerment Center at People’s Place, and Spiral Mirror to bring free holistic and metaphysical healing sessions to the community. It is a passion and mission for all of us to connect the community with these heart-led offerings. Mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health are best encouraged by modalities and approaches that include and integrate all levels. Types of sessions offered include: Heart Healing, Akashic Record Readings, Acupuncture, Reiki, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Tarot, and more.
