From ocean to orchard, join us for our Surf n Cider Seafood pairing dinner. This summer inspired dinner will feature small plate appetizers presented by Chef Shawn Hubbell of Amuzae Catering complete with small batch New York cider styles available exclusively at the Cider House. Chef Hubbell's team uses only the finest local and artisanal ingredients found in the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. Cocktail hour will begin at 7pm at our cider house with a welcome drink and passed hor d'oeuvres followed by small plates and a flight of cider to pair with your food. This event is 21+
