Featuring Jennifer-Muir Braunstein of Spiraling Heart Sound, tonight's Summer SoundWaves is a unique, outdoor wellness “Happy Hour," set in a private, pine grove that was once part of the larger, original Maverick Arts Colony. Our artist-designed space features hammocks, sensory swings, and a cold beverage smart bar. SoundWaves serves as a place to relax and meet new people, and to drop in for a regular meditation or sound healing practice. Each week will feature a different 1-hour sound bath, meditation, or breath work program starting at 6PM, with hang time/music after.
