Summer Garden Pop-Up with Sunday

Join us at Scribner’s Catskill Lodge on September 26th + 27th to enjoy plant-based comfort food by Sunday! The pop-up will operate out of Prospect from 4-8pm. Sunday is a plant-based comfort food concept, born out of a food trailer in Miami. Sunday made a name for themselves by serving up "conscious coffee" and delicious food, crafted with locally-sourced produce. Their continuous effort to push the bounds of sustainable vegetarian and vegan options grew a cult following across Miami's Smorgasburg outpost and brought them to their current home in New York. All are welcome. No reservation or tickets are required.
