Seasonal Qi-Full Excursion Into Nature and Art
Shoutout Saugerties, Celeste Graves and Ray Bergen invite you to an afternoon of Community Qigong movement with Celeste. Poetry by Mikhail Horowitz. Music by Julia Hains. TaiChi and Qigong demonstration by Ulster County Seniors. Trails, Fire pit, access to a Fish Creek autumnal dip. Dance Frolic for all – with featured dancer, Alan Dubrow.
