Master drummer, singer/songwriter, and versatile performer, Amadou Diallo will play an assortment of African percussion instruments. He will also share with the audience his knowledge of West African music and culture. Afterwards, take a turn at listening to the beats and playing the drums together in a group. Amadou integrates cultural history into his musical performances through storytelling. He has performed with many well-regarded groups, in Africa and the US.
