All new offering of Qi-Arts with instructor Celeste Graves. Each class will begin with Shibashi, a powerful, flowing and easy to follow qigong practice, designed specifically to support tai chi. Following we will begin learning the Yang style 24 forms Tai Chi - a style known and practiced all over the world which can be modified for all ages and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothing.
