An opening reception with members of Freed’s family will begin at 7:00pm. At 6:00pm the same evening, the college will host a panel discussion titled “Walls, Borders, Fences,” in the Villard Room on the second floor of Main Building. On November 6, filmmaker Joshua Bennett will screen his documentary, “Sky and Ground." The film will be shown in Taylor Hall Room 203 at 5:00pm. On November 8, Amy Kaslow will present her portraits and stories of refugees at 7:00pm at Vassar’s Old Bookstore in the College Center.
