Patterns, Shapes & Lines - Cornell Creative Arts Center - Virtual Class

Students will explore the endless possibilities of patterns, lines and shapes. Together we will learn 16 commonly used techniques: strokes, shadow effects, dot, crosshatch, and many more. By the end of the class you will create a pattern chart to hang in your art studio for inspiration and ideas. Materials Needed: Large poster board / multi media paper / watercolor paper, Sharpie marker, Assorted black markers (Thin/thick variations), Assorted paint brushes, Black waterproof ink, Pencil/eraser, Ruler, Water & paper towels
