Overwintering Your Dahlia Tubers w/ Rebecca Klingebiel

This workshop will discuss the basic issues surrounding successful tuber storage in a New England climate. Topics covered will be digging, requirements for storage, and tips to make sure your tubers emerge in the spring ready for planting! Rebecca Klingebiel lives in Kent, CT where she has been an enthusiastic organic hobby gardener for nearly three decades. She has her BS in Biology with a focal point in plant genetics. Proceeds support the operation and preservation of the non profit Dewey Memorial Hall, an historic community and arts center in Sheffield since 1887.
