Dust off that guitar, grab that jug, or simply warm up them vocal cords and join us for a good ‘ole string jam! The Old Time String Band is an ensemble that meets at Community Music Space @ Tempo in Kingston to share songs from the age of music when recording was done on a wax cylinder or not at all. Prior to each session we will discuss a few tunes to play, post the chords and melodies on our website, and then arrange and play them down at the session. Open to everyone, beginners included.
