Nathan Ganio is a methodical and intuitive abstract oil painter currently living and working at The Lace Mill. Influenced by the conceptual inquiries of Marcel Duchamp and the colorful experimental works of Lucas Samaras, he is particularly interested in the study of expression. Images of whales, family members, mountains, and mimicking the written word on yellow paper are recurring in his paintings contributing to a fantastic exhibition in the Lace Mill Main Gallery February 7th through February 22nd. The opening will be on Saturday, February 7th from 5pm to 9pm. Gallery hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 4pm.
