A screening of “Musikladen: The Cars in Concert” as part of Upstate Films’ weekly Sonic Wave music-film series. A full show from 1978, the film features the Cars performing live in their new wave prime. The screening will be followed by a discussion and Q&A with Cars keyboardist Greg Hawkes and local author Chronogram arts editor Peter Aaron about Aaron’s latest book, Moving in Stereo, a new biography of Ric Ocasek.
