Kingston FIlm Foundation is continuing its new screening series Movies About Movies with a free screening of Robert Altman's The Player. The Player is a 1992 American satirical black comedy mystery film in which a Hollywood film studio executive kills an aspiring screenwriter who he believes is sending him death threats. It stars Tim Robbins, Greta Scacchi, Fred Ward, Whoopi Goldberg, and Peter Gallagher, and features 65 different Hollywood cameos. Popcorn, snacks, and beverages will be available for purchase.
