Men's Nude Yoga sessions are offered at The Yoga House in both Kingston and Poughkeepsie. These classes are created for all men - gay, bi, trans, queer and straight allies.

These 75 minute sessions at The Yoga House in Kingston are designed to offer participants an opportunity for social connection and yoga practice. Focused on increasing mobility and relaxation, these sessions are appropriate for all men - with a wide range of yoga experience – from those just starting to those who are more familiar with the practice. All men are welcome at Nude Yoga, including those who identify as Gay, Queer, Straight, Bi or Transgender. Pre-registration is recommended, as these sessions frequently sell out.
