Kadir Yucel describes his music as cinematic and orchestral. He was Born in Istanbul, Turkey and moved to New York in 1998. His music is heavily influenced by his beginnings with percussion instruments and drums, steeped in the complex rhythms of his childhood surroundings in Istanbul. Kadir takes this rhythmic drive and translates it into exotic synthesizer and guitar riffs, blended together in an otherworldly Electronic music that’s part angry, part sad, and part hopeful.
