Please join us for "Joyous Spirit: Music for Voice, Strings & Piano," the opening concert of Chamber Music on the Hudson's 2023-2024 season on October 6th at the Senate Garage in Kingston, NY.
This musical evening, orchestrated by the esteemed Inessa Zaretsky, will feature members of the celebrated Tesla Quartet and Metropolitan Opera soloist, soprano Courtney Johnson. Audiences can anticipate a range of masterpieces from a Bach piano solo, classic operatic arias by Mozart and Verdi, culminating in Gershwin’s "Summertime" from Porgy and Bess, and spirituals which are Ms. Johnson’s hallmark.
