Hudson Valley Philharmonic String Competition 47th Annual

Selected violin, viola and cello players, ages 18-25, from major national and international conservatories, compete in Poughkeepsie every year. The finals are held on Sunday March 17, three finalists play their complete concertos. After the judges decisions the audience is invited to a reception to meet the artists.
