Floral Arranging with Dahlias with Wenonah Webster: A Dewey Hall Dahlia Festival Workshop

This workshop covers creating floral arrangements that showcase the dahlia. Eco-friendly techniques for large and small arrangements will be demonstrated. Arrangements made during the workshop will be available for auction later in the festival.
