Power Yoga is a breath-led vinyasa flow blending elements of Ashtanga with creative, fluid sequencing. Expect continuous movement that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, often settling into a steady, meditative rhythm. Classes are set to music, in a gently heated room, and students are encouraged to move intuitively, follow their breath, and make the practice their own.
