Restaurant Kinsley continues its chef collaboration dinner series on Monday, May 11th, with a partnership between Executive Chef Spencer Coplan and Chef Larkin Young of The Feathers at Six Bells Country Inn. With more than three decades of experience across fine dining and pop-ups, Young brings an ingredient-driven approach to American cuisine, with a focus on foraging and seasonality. The dinner will feature seasonal dishes such as smoked trout rillette, stinging nettle and potato croquettes, lamb shoulder ragu, and wild ramp stuffed chicken breast, followed by desserts including Six Bells Dutch chocolate cake.
