Branchwater Farms

Branchwater Farms is located in Dutchess County, just outside of the town of Red Hook, NY. Owners, farmers and distillers Kevin Pike and Robin Touchet are passionately dedicated to regenerative farming, believing that rebuilding the health of the soil is not only the highest expression of land stewardship, but ultimately produces the best crops, and by extension, the best spirits. They triple-distill their gin from their own farm-grown wheat in collaboration with Austrian master distiller Hans Reisetbauer using custom-made copper pot stills, a unique blend of botanicals, and water from the farm’s well.
