Prepare to be enchanted by an artfully presented 4 course plant-based dinner Chef Wendy Grossman. Relax in good company under the stars to the soothing sounds of the river and crackling bonfire accompanied by the timeless music and captivating sounds of Peter Blum, Steve Gorn and special guest Bruce Milner. MENU:
STARTER: fresh beet and peach salad
SECOND: special summer rolls with dipping sauce
MAIN: home made agnolotti filled with vegan ricotta and mint, gently sitting on an herb and pea purée
DESSERT: poached pear in red wine, sugar, rosewater dipped in a mirror glaze of white choclate.
