The fun-filled event will feature a Halloween theme and guests are encouraged to come in costume. The designated charity for this year’s Best of Hudson Valley® Party, Grace Smith House in Dutchess County, will receive 100% of the proceeds from a Silent Auction and raffles held at the Best of Hudson Valley® Party, as well as 100% of ticket sales sold by the charity.
