2025 Spring Wassail - Saturday May 3rd & Sunday May 4th 2025
To ensure a bountiful harvest for the upcoming growing season, Stone Ridge Orchard will host their annual Balkan Wassail, an ancient Celtic tradition which celebrates the coming of Spring. There will be traditional folk music played by a jumping, 12-piece Balkan brass band, hard cider tastings and authentic Balkan food made onsite. There will also be a Charshiya Balkan Marketplace of local, artisanal goods to honor the agricultural community on which the Hudson Valley thrives.
