Arbor Gallery presents an artist talk with Jaili Ramirez on Friday, March 20 at 5 PM, celebrating her solo exhibition In Her Image (on view March 4–29). Ramirez, a Puerto Rican and Filipina artist and practicing therapist, paints women and girls as witnesses, warriors, and storytellers—drawing from family photographs, ancestral stories, and reimagined biblical women through a feminist lens. Her saturated color and layered process evoke ceremony and fever dream, exploring devotion, morality, girlhood, loss, and resilience. Q&A to follow. Exhibit runs through March 29, 2026.
