This master class will give performing artists and movers of all levels an opportunity to hone their craft from a different focal awareness. We will identify internal signaling that occur within the body-mind continuum and then direct these powerful experiential cues and observe the improvement in the Use of the Self. Participants will have an opportunity for individual hands-on experiences with this unique method under the direction and guidance of MaryBeth Hraniotis, a certified teaching member of the American Society of Alexander Teachers.
