Join us for this month's First Sunday Ecstatic Dance: Dancing with the Ancestors
This is a celebration of ancestral honoring and community joy.
We will open with a dance work-shop by Nkoula Badila with Central and West Africa movement, rhythm, breath and connection.
Then flow into an a Ecstatic Dance DJ set with Keena Maya that grounds us into our bodies, expands the heart, and invokes collective remembrance; connecting the self, the community, the Earth, and the Sacred.
We will close with a sound healing ceremony with Marely and some family constellation-inspired songs with Sikoya.
