Wiemer Vineyard for a curated and classy four-course dinner to perfectly pair with their respective drinks. The evening will start with a olive-caper & boquerones-pimenton crostini, with jamon and manchego paired with Klocke Estate ‘Brevis’ and Wiemer Extra Brut Spritz, as well as trout roe-stuffed papparedelle to compliment the 2021 Wiemer Reserve Dry Riesling. To end the evening, there will be homemade carrot cake made with mascarpone, chai-brandy syrup, and ginger-buttermilk ice cream, featuring a dessert cocktail called "The Farmer of Seville."
