On Sunday, May 19 at 3PM, Friends of Music of Stamford, NY continues its 2024 season of world-class chamber music with a performance by the Verona Quartet, featuring Jonathan Ong (violin), Dorothy Ro (violin), Abigail Rojansky (viola), and Jonathan Dormand (cello). The Quartet’s members represent four different nations, with their cultural cooperation and cohesiveness earning the group a reputation as one of the most distinguished ensembles on the chamber music scene today. The Verona Quartet was the recipient of Chamber Music America’s prestigious 2020 Cleveland Quartet Award and strives for a dynamic, imaginative approach to collaboration and programming.
