Tomatoes and Peppers, A Garden Gathering at Locust Grove!

Join Director of Horticulture Claire Davis to explore the midsummer bounty of Locust Grove's historic Kitchen Garden! With a focus on heirloom tomatoes, organic gardening techniques and strategies appropriate for the mid-Hudson Valley, this workshop will help you grow some truly delicious and locally adapted summer veggies. And, at the end of the workshop, you'll have a chance to sample some of our fabulous Brandywines, Prudence Purples and a variety of succulent peppers!
