They Talk to Me at Saugerties Lighthouse
CONVEY/ER/OR Gallery will be showing They Talk to Me a 20 min short film about our consumerism. This film was shot and debuted in Saugerties NY at Jane Street Art Center from May-June 2024. Suprina is the creator of the storyline & Ancient One; the main character dressed in hundreds of plastic bags who wanders Saugerties and can hear castaway objects tell their stories. Free viewing from 12-4 daily. Funded by the Statewide Community Regrants Program, NYS Council on the Arts with the support of Office of the Governor & NYS Legislature & administered by Arts Mid-Hudson.
