The Upsides bring their NYC indie rock sound to Park Theater, blending jangle-pop melodies with driving, early-2000s guitar energy. The band is made up of brothers Matt and Dan Fullam alongside longtime friends Hart Mechlin, Pat Freeman, and Matt DaSilva. Their self-titled 2024 debut introduced a sound described as “irresistible 90s jangle pop,” pairing catchy songwriting with a modern edge. Now working on their second album, the band is expanding into a heavier, more dynamic direction while still holding onto their signature melodic core.
