The Philipstown Depot Theatre presents a new, original play written by international playwright Ron Hutchinson and Alisa Taylor about how Tango, the international dance sensation, has saved people’s lives. Directed by Philipstown Depot Theatre's Artistic Director Alice Jankell, this production includes five local actors, four Argentinian Tango dancers and one Tango musician that light up the stage with this illuminating look into the passion and complexities of human interaction framed by the Tango, bringing a bit of authentic Argentinian culture to the Hudson Valley. This will be the play's premiere production, however it was also produced as a radio drama on BBC Radio 4. Shows will take place from May 2-18.
