Kyle Longley is a Distinguished Professor of History at Arizona State University and an award-winning author of numerous books on American foreign relations. His presentation will focus on those who fought in Afghanistan and Iraq and those who continue to do so. He will discuss why they fought, their experiences abroad, and how they have reintegrated into American society. Sponsored by Vassar's History Department and the Charles C. Griffin Lecture Fund.
