Downtown Catskill becomes one big comedy club during the Catskills Comedy Festival, October 16–18, 2026. Friday opens with Ophira Eisenberg—former host of NPR’s Ask Me Another—plus Jocelyn Chia and Raanan Hershberg, followed by Sean Patton and John Hill. Saturday’s headline show features Netflix’s Jared Freid, Variety “Comic to Watch” Tina Friml and Emmy-nominated SNL writer Alex English, with family shows, films and late-night comedy throughout the day. Sunday brings free workshops, open mics, improv and more. Events span seven walkable venues across the village, with proceeds supporting free, year-round arts programming for local youth.
