London-born singer-songwriter Teddy Thompson appears in concert, with opener Michele Gedney of Open Book. Teddy's career in folk and rock began when he started his first band at 18, growing up as the son of singing duo Richard and Linda Thompson. He's also known for his country performances. We're pleased to catch a date on Teddy's fall tour. He's recently debuted an album, "Never Be the Same," his first collection of original material since 2000. In this music, Thompson refines his craft via an exploration of music’s enduring preoccupations — love, longing, and the uneasy passage of time.
