Bach will be presenting a tea class, sharing her extensive knowledge of the most popular prepared beverage in the world. The class is a hands-on review of teas from all around the world. Participants will be led through the process of assessing teas both dry and wet, using the senses to analyze the tea and finally, observing how to brew the leaves properly then tasting the result.
