Join us at the Dassai Blue Sake Brewery and learn how to make sushi with an experienced sushi chef! This will be a 2-hour class.
Workshop includes the following:
1) Lunch & complimentary glass of Dassai Blue Type 50
2) Lecture (covering how to make rolls, the history of sushi & sushi basics)
3) Instruction on how to make rolls (which can be brought home)
4) All the ingredients and equipment are included in the class fee
5) KID FRIENDLY - Children (ages 10+) welcome to take the class too!
