Summer SoundWaves: an outdoor chillness experience

SoundWaves is a unique, hybrid nightlife event of music, wellness, and energy-healing – outdoors, under the stars! Program opens with a history of and instruction in the ancient, "heart opening" cacao ceremony, followed by a guided meditation. Then you'll lie down on the grass for an immersive, transformative sound bath that will deeply relax and rejuvenate your body and spirit. We'll close with a chillness happy hour of music, socializing, and local beverages and refreshments by suggested donation. Featuring product by Bashakill Vineyards of Wurtsburo, and Kingston's boutique baker, Stayspacey.com. Hosted by Crimson-Catskills, a Hudson-Valley & Catskills lifestyle design co.
