In the spring as temperatures warm and the earth comes alive the first flush of fungi appear. Some are edible, some toxic, even deadly, and to make matters deliciously difficult, even the edible will often have toxic look-alikes. In this Illustrated Lecture Bill Bakaitis, a professor at Duchess Community College for 38 years, will help us explore the Mushrooms of Spring in the Mid-Hudson area.
